Paul Hanna

Co-founder

Paul is a director and producer with over six years of experience making award winning narrative, documentary, and experimental films. He works a day job at Google as a growth and content strategist, where he attains measurable growth for his clients across the Google and YouTube ecosystems. He graduated from Columbia University, where he double majored in Film and Political Science.

Rommel Nunez


Co-founder

Rommel is a Brooklyn-based filmmaker, photographer, and entrepreneur with over seven years of experience in the film, music, and commercial industries. He is the co-founder of Baxtop, a creative direction and artist development agency for musical artists. As a creative director and touring photographer, Rommel has collaborated with notable artists such as Sammy Rae & The Friends, Black Hibiscus, and Skip Marley.

In the commercial space, Rommel has worked with major clients including Google, Meta, TikTok, BOSS, COS, and Prada, developing editorial concepts and transforming them into compelling visual pieces. Previously, he served as a Producer and Junior Partner at JUV Consulting, where he advised clients on digital content strategies and partnerships, and produced the flagship podcast The Screenshot.

Rommel also collaborated with Black Hibiscus as their film producer on GROWING PAINS and led content production and release strategy for their project FAST LOVE. He is a graduate of Columbia University, where he earned a B.S. in Computer Science.
